HvacPartsShop.com can only ship parts charged to a current MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express account. We also accept debit cards and Paypal. HvacPartsShop.com will ship COD in special circumstances for an additional handling charge.
Local, state and national laws:
HvacPartsShop.com will not knowingly sell parts to consumers that will in anyway be in violation of local, state or national laws.
Special knowledge and tools:
By purchasing repair parts from HvacPartsShop.com you acknowledge and affirm that you have the required technical ability to safely and correctly replace the purchased part or you acknowledge and affirm you will use a third party that has the required technical ability to safely and correctly replace the purchased parts.
Any repair part requiring the opening of the refrigeration system requires special knowledge and equipment to replace the repair part. By purchasing a repair part which requires the opening of the refrigeration system , you acknowledge and affirm that you have the required technical ability and equipment to safely and correctly replace the purchased part or you acknowledge and affirm you will use a third party that has the required technical ability to safely and correctly replace the purchased part.
EPA Regulations state that you must be certified under section 608 of the clean air act to work on air conditioners and refrigeration system. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in a unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for safe and proper installation in accordance with there local code requirements.p
HvacPartsShop.com reserves the right to not sell repair parts that require special knowledge or tools in order to be properly installed or applied or that can present a danger to life or property when not properly installed. In these instances, we would refer you to your local Independent Lennox dealer.
Customer’s Responsibility:
You, the customer, assume responsibility for the correct diagnosis of the problem with your heating and cooling system. HvacPartsShop.com and any Agent of HvacPartsShop.com cannot under any circumstance perform a complete and accurate diagnosis of any heating and cooling system over the phone or by email. You assume all responsibility for the correct diagnosis of the problem and selection of the correct repair part.
You, the customer, assume full responsibility for the proper installation of any repair parts purchased from HvacPartsShop.com. HvacPartsShop.com and any Agent of HvacPartsShop.com cannot under any circumstance ensure proper installation of any repair part over the phone or by email. You, assume full responsibility for the proper installation of any repair parts purchased from HvacPartsShop.com.

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the HvacPartsShop.com Online Service for Registered Members. By using the HvacPartsShop.com website you (the "Member") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Typographical Errors/Price Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price. HVAC Parts Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. HVAC Parts Shop reserves the right to cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already bee charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge.
Description of Service
HvacPartsShop.com is providing Member with the ability to purchase Lennox Repair Parts for Lennox heating and cooling systems online. Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connection.

Members Account
All Members of the Service shall receive a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Member agrees to notify HvacPartsShop.com of any unauthorized use of Member’s account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member. Member’s right to use the Service is personal to the Member. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express written consent of HvacPartsShop.com.
