We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipment will not include duties and taxes this will be collected at time of delivery
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
HvacPartsShop.com uses UPS to ship a majority of repair parts purchased from HvacPartsShop.com. In some special circumstances DHL, Federal Express, or USPS may be used.
Once the repair part leaves the warehouse facilities and transfers to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the repair part shifts to said carrier. At this point HvacPartsShop.com has no control over delays or damage which may occur during shipping.
By purchasing repair parts and accessories from HvacPartsShop.com you affirm that any claims regarding shipping damage or delays are the responsibility of said shipper.
Delays and backorders:
If there is a delay in shipping your part, or if the part is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we know. You can cancel the order for any part that is delayed in shipping.
